Great tip for removing the base, makes a nice change from seeing people ripping off the base and potentially breaking the molding clips

It's one of the long screws which goes through the rear of the power supply. Remove those and it should resolve your issue.

This happens a bit with these consoles... The buttons break internally and don't press any more. You can buy replacements on eBay that'll get you back up and running again.
