Fabulous!! Love the office space since virtually all single wides with three bedrooms, the smallest bedroom is just too small. And a super great price. Thanks for sharing this home. 😊

I love the sable cabinets and I definitely prefer the office. This is perfect for me. And that price is perfect. Money to build a big sun porch!

Beautiful home, love the floorplan and all the colors! Only changes I would make; add a full size D/H window across from the toilet in the main bath, and eliminate the transom. Carpeting everywhere except the entry, kitchen, laundry room and baths. Really like the office! Would eliminate the transom in the back bedroom. In the master bath I would want an oversized soaking tub where the vanity is next to the shower; I only need one vanity, and I would eliminate the transom above the shower. Outside, I would want regular vinyl shutters on all elevations. Another great home and tour, thanks Nate! Greetings to Raiden!

Cute little home. The air vents are in the floor- a big NO! Get the water heater/ tank out of the master closet! The master closet is small enough so move that water heater. There are a few changes I would make in the dining room- mainly put the microwave in the kitchen. It could work for a couple and 1 child.

Don't care for the floor vents but oh well. I'd get the office/flex room. The Master bedroom is nice and the master bathroom is very nicely done. I generally like this home and would want the additions and change that I mentioned and I would definitely add the extra 4'.

Hello Nate! Hey I think it you're going to have shutters on your windows, they should be the kind you can use to close off your windows in case if a bad storms if any kind. And you should be able to do so from inside your house! Having the Water Heater access in the Master Closet is a big NO from me. Don't like it in any closet, but for sure not the Master Closet. There's not enough room around the Commode in the Master Bathroom either! But you are right, the Microwave is in the perfect location, just the right height. But...there is NO place for me to put Grandma's China Cabinet!! That by itself is a Deal Breaker for me! Nice video though Nate. God bless y'all.

Nobody poor or middle-class can afford that. And that's way too much for that small a trailer house. I've lived in trailer houses many times over the years. For a $100,000.○○ the walls and the roof had better have 2" × 6" lumber, floors at least 2" thick, and the vents in the ceiling.

Nate, you shouldn't refer to the product as cheap. it makes it sound low quality. You should instead refer to it as inexpensive or affordable.

I think "cheap" is a good word to use. You know the price will be low. "Affordable" can be any price range, it depends on the person wallet. What can be a great price for you, can still be expensive for someone else.
