I am 52 and never had baby formula. Formula has vitamins but it's full of unhealthy sugars so it's probably bad for babies.

@@shanedavison7473 Yep,and if the water you use to make it is not clean it is a disaster. That is why Nestle was so unpopular after there campaign in Africa. African mothers changed to Nestle baby formula instead of breast feeding them after heavy advertising that there formula was better. The babies died in large amount because the water was dirty.

Just eat more food ladies and get a breast pump so the babies are not always breaking your back.
