I have been Kayaking badly for 30 years . Now I know why . This posture video and the forward stroke video have been TRANSFORMATIVE! I have been trying with limited success to get others to watch and pay attention but I only wish this sort of instruction/ coaching could have been available years ago .

As a kayak coach, this is a very good video. I will take a lot of that to my next lesson (whenever that may be!)
