i agree, i will update my topscan, it's the lite version as pro is a waste of money as i have the other machine. my snap on ethos used to auto read the vin which is weird. i actually don't rate topdon highly any more. I can't be bothered with some of the stuff but each to their own i guess.

topscan only has 8 reset functions, 13 for pro version. artidiag pro has 31 !! plus many more bi directional features and better vehicle coverage.

I am not sure on their reasons on pricing. the pro is better, it was on offer at 375 quid when i got it problem is the update after the two free years is 250 bucks a year so basically junk the machine and buy a new one with 2 years free again. I love topdon, i used to use snap on ethos edge, but i think they have got their update pricing wrong. £150 a year would be more sensible . also i like the fact that it is wired not bluetooth, i see a lot of people complaining they have issues connecting their units with bt. I have a topscan also, no issues with that so far, bt been fine on it. arti pro comes with nice case and 3 extra converter plugs too.
