Oh dang, that first clip reminds me of something dumb I did that I should try to replicate and record. I was fighting some chuchus and thought to myself "sure, I could use some more red chu jelly". So I tossed a fire fruit at one, caused a bush fire, and got napalm bombed by the now red chu jellies rising into the sky and dropping with explosive force from multiple chuchus dying.

Star fragments falling near you while skydiving is actually a nice little scripted event. This way you can get them without the tedious fetch quests

Yeah, the two ladies behind him have blue and red dresses. They also are in the Molduga massacre scene wearing masks

Lol looks like someone beat me to it. However I didn't know they were in the Molduga cutscene. My question is though: why the heck are they not a boss?! They would be thousands of years old but hey they are always literally old witches anyway! Lol! On that note are they really supposed to be Twinrova? The only way to know for sure is to datamine or check the game's code. Which I can not do sadly.

The first time a star fragment fell next to me while paragliding at night and I managed to catch it while falling felt awesome! I thought I was SO lucky. Then it happened again the next day. And again soon after. And I realized I'm not lucky, it's a feature..... Oh well, still awesome!

Yeah, I've occasionally caught a star fragment while diving too. I'm pretty sure there's a small chance for them to spawn on top of you when diving. Either that or I have unknowingly been extremely lucky.

They spawn when you are diving from the sky during the night, but it only happens once every night

I actually catch all my star fragments accidentally while diving. There's something in the game that spawns them near you possibly as a distraction. Every time I tried the diving challenge to reach the surface, a star fragment always shows up to slow you down.

I think there's a need to be spawned in your sightline and furthermore, if you are afk and come back to your game, then they are gunna spawn one for you if you are moving again. The game thinks "They've come back! Distraction time!". But as we all know, sky islands are the best place to spawn to get anywhere so, afk + field of view required to distract you, and you're literally pointing your camera at the ground, then where else to spawn than streaking across directly in front of you from behind?

FYI, the original basketball nets were actually peach baskets. Hense the "basket" in basketball. See the Canadian Heritage Moment on that.

I keep hoping something more comes from Quick Smuggle (if someone finds a way to duplicate equipment with it, I'm updating immediately), but bow spin is pretty good. (Only reason I'm still on 1.1.2 is that the new equipment dupe glitch... kind of sucks. Don't really need high-volume material duplication anymore, since I've gotten all of my armor fully upgraded, and if I do find myself needing a few more of something, the ones that work in 1.2.0 are fine.)

oh, "quantum linking" reminds me of something that was sort of the opposite: when playing Kerbal Space Program, i built a ship that had overlapping parts, because i put big parts under a "1-4 adapter". surprisingly, they didn't explode until i triggered the Stage Separators.

Koume and Kotake are in fact in TotK as a pair of Gerudo in the background of some of the memories. They have visible writing on some of their jewelry that translate into their respective names. It’s the best evidence that this Ganondorf is intended to be different from the OoT Ganondorf due to their young apparent age.

Now I want to design a melon ball hoop that can return the melon back to ya. Using a wheel attached to a shed with a stabilizer on it's side in the center. Have it so that when the melon lands in the basket(a different basket will be needed to be designed/made) it activates the stabilizer thus causing the shed to rotate down dropping the melon.

I’ve had the exact same Star thing happen to me. I also had one fall on me while I was fighting a construct boss in the sky. Too bad I don’t have ways to record my gameplay. The coolest thing I ever had happen was a moblin threw a bomb and missed me and it fell into the forest bellow exploding and breaking a korok nut in a tree for a free korok.

If you dive from the sky islands at night, I think it’s highly likely that the star fragments spawn. I’ve had a good handful of instances where I’ve caught them mid air because of it.

7:43 I tried to get the railing part out of the depths without autobuild (and with a inefficient one fan flyer for a challenge and my game froze and it despawned the moment I got to the exit of tobios hollow chasem and I fell all the way back down.

Yeah, I discovered that myself that trying to exit with non-Zonaite railings will despawn them by force. Luckily I had already pulled off two and slapped them together for an autobuild so not much was lost...except almost a full minute of the game trying to process wtf I was bringing out of the depths before deciding to nuke it.

Reminds me of how i gad to repeat the final "zelda?" Cutscene in the castle. A treasure chest smashing a shock fruit immediately after the sanctum cutscene plays. Not even a chance to save. I was under the like like btw
