Of course the Gerudo are going to be fine with Beedle even though he's a voe. As much trading and vending as the Gerudo do, they'd be more than happy to introduce those prodigious money-making chromosomes into the Gerudo gene pool. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if they've already got a few of the many Beedle clones in Hyrule stashed in a warehouse somewhere to be used as breeding stock.

If you fuse a plushy to your sword or shield and walk up to Riju, she thinks of Patricia, if you have the seal statue and walk up to rijus guard, she’ll question where you got it.

Riju's sand seal's name is PATRICIA! I'm pretty certain that she rolls around like that anyway and the plushie had absolutely no effect on her. What kind of monster wants to launch Patricia into space! She's an innocent and beautiful creature who gives you quest coordinates if you give her fruit. Now Koroks... Yeah, they deserve what they get. And Beadle... I can't even talk to that annoying jerk! He's always trying to steel my rare beetles that I need for upgrades. And he talks to damn much! I don't care what the scientific name of a cold darner is! I don't give a crap that most people are afraid of bug. Just shut up and take my money and give me useful items like every other vendor!
