I haven't seen anyone say anything bad about Ten as a mentor but I don't doubt that there are haters because it's not just with regards to Ten but people always want to bash the ones who try to advise or assist trainees on these types of shows. The purpose of a mentor is to help improve whoever they're working with or alongside. If these girls want to be idols then they cannot be lazy or slack off. Ten is the most gentle mentor ever. Even on GDC no matter how tired the girls were they knew that Ten was helping them to improve. He was teaching them things that would stick with them throughout their career. He's a professional that takes his job seriously and the fact that people always compliment his work ethnic and take about how amazing it is to see him work on his craft both behind and in front of the scenes says a whole darn lot to me at least. He did his job with them and he did it well. He saw what they could do and aimed to make them better. It is a competition after all. He was not mean but was very gentle in his approach. The fact that all the girls agreed and one of his team members won MVP of MVP's says a whole darn lot and while Ten the seasoned idol was amazing during the performance, the girls still shone bright and did well.

And TBH I didn't see the strictness, he was very gentle with them, that's not what we call being strict, he's Just very professional that he take his work seriously. He always does his best, even when it's not his forte. For example, in Great Dance Crew, China, he worked as hard as they did, even more than them, So if people have a good sense of understanding they can't say that he made them work hard only. He's very professional, as you said, and I have a damn respect for him because of that. He's one of the idols I really follow, and I've seen how much he has improved from the beginning till now. He's such an inspiration for new idols and people who look up to him. The amazing thing about him is that he always wanting his team to do well, no matter who he's teaching and working with. That's why they won the MVP, thanks to his hard work and their dedication. I never had a doubt that they would win, though. I just saw their individual cam, and that's where I noticed that some of them were not confident enough when performing individually, but as a team, it doesn't seem like that. Other than that, I already mentioned that they did very well, and I'm very glad and happy for them. Shout out to them and their dedication. And of course, TEN, he's so hardworking, and I love him.

Yes, I've seen those tweets, and I was like, "What the hell?" How could people say he's mean when all he's trying to do is help them improve so that they can be their best? Why would he work this hard with them if he didn't care? He's not the one who's going to debut, right? It's them. People can be so dumb, and it makes me pissed. Those girls were lacking in some ways, not just in singing, dancing, and performance. They definitely had room for improvement, but it's not just about their individual skills. It's also about their teamwork, and as a team, they really did well. However, I agree that some of them were lacking individually. Except for Praew, she seemed very confident even when she's not in the center.
