really great video, explains both perfectly. I personally prefer Topstep bc I really dislike APEX trailing drawdown on unclosed profits, it’s screwed me over many times even when my win/loss ratio was good

I agree, I am funded with 1.5mill on apex, and the unrealized td is tuff. However, I think apex is better than topstep bc u can get 6mill in funding compared to topsteps 450k. Also, with 80% discounts and 1 day pass promos all the time with apex, and the fact that apex business model itself is muuuchh more sustainable than topstep (not sure if I can explain y w/o getting in trouble), apex is better imo.

Sadly, the higher account value u get for apex, the harder the rules get. So imo in general, topstep is beginner friendly while if u are a really good trader, apex is better since the challenges are harder but profits have no limit w/ apex.

Another advantage over Apex is the no intro day trailing draw down and if you're a really good traitor, you get transferred to a real live CME market and at that point you're trading live and you can open up an LLC for tax purposes. This is why I say top step is better, their customer service and discord don't waste your time. Just go with top step.

Exactly top step will never blow up like these other prop firms. They put traders into live. While these others dont. If any prop firm will fail TopStep will probably be the very last one imo.

incorrect - on APEX the 10 trading days can be consecutive allowing you -potentially - to withdraw twice a month

I Love Apex but that's because I have 20 Pro accounts so like today, I only made $150 or $3K but on Top step I only get 3 accounts and so if I have a 1 time profit, I am forced to keep trading to get over $200 to have a qualifying day! Plus once you start getting paid, you don't need to be paid out weekly!

Hi in 50k funded in apex it says 10 contracts only. What does it means? I should not trade more than 10 mini contracts until I pass the evaluation? or that is per day limit of contract to buy only? or I am allowed to trade 10 contracts only for the whole evaluation and must be reach 2500. Please answer.....

Youre only allowed up to that number of contracts. Even if you wanted to trade more, the system would not let you

I prefer Topstep but I keep on choosing Apex because I personally don’t like the daily drawdown and I size heavy.

@@Asiahnhustle true. Topstep have daily drawdown of 1000 and also, a scaling thing when you pass the eval and are in express account: you can't trade full size until you reach a certain threshold. I am doing it right now, so need to manage the act accordingly lol

FTMO is forex. These are futures prop firms. Not the same type of instruments being traded

Do you still have a daily loss on the live account after you have reached your 2,500 profit to trigger the drawdown to quit following you? Or no this is for top step

Daily loss limit is only on Topstep

Why would the daily loss limit bother you ? Who wants to lose 2% on an account in a single day ? If that's your case, you better review some risk management theory !!

Correct me if I’m wrong: say I am very good at my 50k account, and now it’s 60k balance. And I did very bad today, I lost 4k. now the end of day balance is 56k. If Apex account, it’s still alive. Because my trailing drawdown stop at 53k, so I am above threshold. But for my Topstep account, my end of day drawdown is more than 2.5k, so I fail my account. Correct?

not correct, the trailing drawdown stops with Topstep also. With topstep, when you hit 53K the max drawdown is 50K and stays 50K. So if you are at 60K, you can loose up to 10K.

Look after all the bullshit and shenanigans and lack of information for these prop firms. I tried out four of them. I'm not gonna mention which ones but top step by far is the one if you really wanna be a professional in the long run, the rest are for gamblers. this is just my own opinion as an 11 year full-time who wants to park his cash and use someone else's risk and Capital to make money in the future market after trading my own for so many years

Let me make this clear the number one reason Apex has such cheap reevaluation. Reset fees is because that's their number one way of making money besides copy trading the good traders. The intraday down is a joke and I would never trade under those conditions

Once bitcoin crosses it's all time high, it becomes the new bottom. Anything under 69k is a good buy and invest. It's still advisable to start trading with a fiduciary advisor instead of relying solely on speculations.

This inflation has taught people the importance of trading for multiple income. Mr Morris understanding of market indicators is excellent. He knows exactly when to enter and exit trade for maximum profit. He's signals are top notch.

@@Asiahnhustle I didn’t break a rule at the time I put my request each of my account had over $3500 profit. My smallest day was 160 my biggest day was 600 and I had zero losing day that I have taking screenshots of everything I put their request on May 1and it’s still pending, which is May 16 so sucks to see how long it takes him to approve your payout but I do see it. They all getting their pants approved overnight.

Your tile is misleading. you can’t get funded with topstep in five minutes because of topste rule that which states that you can’t makes in on day more then 50% of the profits needed to pass the challenge. How I know because I’m a funded trader for topstep.
