Күн бұрынGuide JD Richey (@fishwithjd ) restores a classic topwater popper originally designed for bass and heads to the Togiak River in Alaska to use it for silver salmon. Wait a second...topwater salmon...with a bass lure? Yep!
In this case, JD fishes with an old wooden lure, affectionally known as "Spaz D. Mouse, " and heads north. Will "Spaz" be able to reclaim it's former glory and successfully take on chrome, fresh from the sea silver salmon?? Stay tuned!

When I was a kid my uncle came down to go Salmon fishing in Sooke BC. We went to Woolco to by some lures he brought a Fred Arbogast Red & White Jitter Bug rigged it behind a C crime Abe & Al flasher and to my surprise he caught Salmon.

Just googled Aiden James lures because Im in Sonoma County Ca. Hes still goin & about a 30 min drive for me (Napa) Going to see if he may have this or a similar plug.

Oh gosh, there are so many good ones out there. The ones that are $100 or more tend to be smoother. Take a look at Shimano or Diawa
