New tools and technologies open up whole new worlds of use. Even tho 3d printing is almost 40 years old (1981), it took this long to make it into everyday use. The more ways you can tackle a task the better. Within our lifetime, well my lifetime at least, you probably would have sat down at an engravers vice to make the stamp and now we just send it to the printer. Just think what we'll be capable of doing in another 20 years.

I started making leather hat patches recently, and seeing your stitching punch nearly brought me to tears 😂 such a genius idea! Makes me wish people actually made and sold these cuz hand-stitching in a circle is a pain and very time consuming.

When you 3D printed the bear logo I thought you were going to make a mould and cast it in metal thus making a branding iron to emboss the patches. Guess I was wrong. Good work, keep em coming!

Excellent work! *TIP* Getting the leather to release better from the punch teeth. - rub a candlestick around the area you intend on punching and it should punch through and release a lot easier.

It makes me happy to see that one of the oldest professions - the smith with its forge - is still existent. For me a smith needs on one side the muscle power and technical knowledge how to forge the metal - which ever that may be. On the other side a smith also needs an eye for art and beauty as well as forging every day materials for buildings, doors, windows etc. So congrats to 500k. And that leather stamping is nice.
