About the reaction time, 200 is a good one but you can put more like 47454875.
About the mod with these 3 walls : Jisse made that mod, ask him to get it.
About different grounds : Environment maps have - for most of them - a different friction than the default ground, that is why the youtube run don't work on them and why you have to adapt your moves to them. Understanding the general concept of the parkour in Toribash is the only way to reach a good run on that kind of maps instead of just repeat what you see without thinking about it.
