Yes, very hard heavy rain yesterday afternoon in Cebu City metro and flooding. Cloudy and nice breeze today. Thanks Robert. The WEATHERMAN'S GUIDE TO THE SUN book used in many classrooms gives new science on the many types of influences the sun, solar wind, protons and other forces have on the weather here.

Delightfully cool @0700 Tue. in Roxas City. Last day or so lots of thunder & flash/cloud to cloud lightning but minimal rain. Most activity occurs 2200-0200. T/y for update. 😊

Here in Cebu the weather was rough, tons of lightening and driving rain. Didn't know it was a tornado.

I think the heavy rain was on Monday, almost the entire of Cebu experienced thunderstorms

A truck was swept off the road with 17 people during the storm. 6-7 dead so far. 😢

Oh no. I hope no cebu lechon were harmed during the tornado. :(. That's the only good thing about the Philippines.
