Siren must mean it's on the ground. Bikes are replaceable your not.

Be safe over there, bro’. We had a tornado here in Rowlett a couple of days after Christmas, 2015, that cut a huge swath of destruction through our town. The third story of an apartment complex is not a tornado shelter.
