G'day Jason thank you for your very kind words and encouragement I really does mean a lot to me. I often think to myself I wonder how many actual greenskeepers are tuning in and critiquing the life out of my content 😬 I sort of see myself as the last of the old school greenkeepers as shortly after I completed my trade certificate the trade course became more condensed and less in-depth. I most certainly don't know everything there is to know but I'm confident enough with what I do know to make professional calls and judgements on all things turf and turf related, Can I ask where your from? Hey mate, i from Sydney originally and did all my time on 4 Sydney golf courses. Started at Camden, then Macarthur Grange, then Liverpool and finally Fox Hills. Also spent a few years as a Tafe teacher at Wollongong. I now live on the Central Coast where i run my own business. By the look of your yard you must be at the back end of the Hunter?

@@theaussielawn Fox Hills was my least favourite course, but i still enjoyed my time there. I have been watching a few you tube channels over the last year or so. I own a Greenkeeping business and get so many calls from new clients each year with the same story. They have a problem and google themselves to death trying to find a solution. They end up following some inaccurate advise, buy some products or a "program", spend a fortune, then end up ringing me because all there hard work and money has got them no where. I tuned into a few of these channels to see what they were saying. It was so frustrating to see that there is no authority pulling these guys into line when there are wrong, and even worse when they are clearly trying to get people to buy certian products because certain companies are sponsoring them or giving them kick backs every time the mention a product. I love to see Greenkeepers doing really well outside of the Golf Course Industry. I hope this channel works out for you. You should get into Teaching mate. Your really good at delivering a message. And please stay independent. People see through bullshit and a slick sales pitch. Cash for comments usually gets the commentator rich and there listners nowhere.

@@theaussielawn they are hard to come by. You can get one but you better be prepared to pay top dollar for one. Looking at mine now after watching your video it has the click height adjustment setting you spoke about in your video but the mowers look identical.

G'day It's such an awesome machine. My absolute top pick for a rotary mower in the Honda Range is the HRU196 its the non self drive version of the HRU216 its only a 19" but that don't matter plus like the HRU216 its built here in Australia. If it's got HRU in the model code you won't go wrong. (Plus it too cuts down as low as the HRU216) finally Id chose the engine brake over the blade brake less to potentially go wrong as you have the choice of either 🤟

It didn’t work :/ when I engage it it locks up the reel

G'day mate, It depends on what year model it is etc obviously. but yeah $2k -$4k on average some will be dearer and rarely some will be less, you can always cross reference the price with how much Toro Australia themselves are asking by checking their preowned machinery webpage they fall under greens mower walk behind category 🤟 Cheers Brenton

@@theaussielawn yes right below. I just bought one and was doing so maintenance to it today and saw right below the bowl is a little point thing that comes down. There is a hole in there and mine is dripping gas. Any idea?
