Great video, thanks for sharing. I lived in Chicago for nearly 10 years and my go-to when really hungry was a very wet Italian beef sandwich. My favourites were Mr. Beef, Portillo's, and Buona Beef. It sounds to me like Marq's was closer to the real deal, and will make my way there and give it a go

It was excellent! They have said they’re selling out more often, likely due to the popularity of the Bear, so you might want to preorder ahead just in case

Oh I'm sorry you missed them! They do sell out early in the day, so I recommend mobile ordering before you go to ensure you secure a sandwich. Otherwise they sell out and close up. I hope that helps, this sandwich is a must try❤
