Hi Mahy4, The flavour was really good but the portion felt tiny for the price. Its good but its small.

I haven’t been to the St. Lawrence market since I was a kid, way back in the 80s and 90s. My sister and I would always go there on a Saturday and pick up fresh meats, fruits and veggies for the family, plus my sister would have the female bacon sandwich from carousel, and I would have the eggplant sandwich from the bender in the basement right next to the stairs. Wish I could go back but I live about an hour and a half N. west of Toronto and can’t imagine fighting the traffic to get there on a Saturday.

Surprised only there’s one so far by now. . I was there visiting Toronto last month for the first time, and the hotel was a block away from the place. It always had line stretching outside when I walked by.There’s like three within a 5 -10 radius by my house in Montgomery county, Maryland. The best burger (a non-meat) is the shroom burger…the vegetarian on

That $9 croissant was totally a scam, but so is $7 for an empanada! Also what kind of a place calls itself a fish and chips restaurant and serves you the tiniest piece of fish for $17.. If you want good fish and chips you've got to go to Olde Yorke, they're the best! Even Zets does it good and are known for their massive servings, where the piece of fish wouldn't even fit in the box that you were given at Gil's..

Oh yes! I enjoyed your video, and I looooove peameal bacon sandwiches from Carousel Bakery at St. Lawrence Market. I loved the butter tarts from Carousel Bakery, too, and the pleasant flirtation.😊 I'm a weirdo in not liking mustard of any kind, so after buying my two peameal bacon sandwiches, I stopped by a little shop nearby to buy prunes. And THANK YOU for reminding us that Carousel Bakery is a cash-only establishment. I'll bring plenty of CAD paper currency on my next trip to St. Lawrence Market, as I plan to buy a lot of food from that bakery. Also, other businesses at St. Lawrence Market may accept cash-only, so it's a great idea to bring plenty of Canadian paper money, not only plastic🤑🤑👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 I enjoyed vicariously eating my way through the market through your video.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I'm sorry but Cops are not great value, but a complete ripoff. They are good but not worth the price they're charging. If you go to iconic donut shops like Lee's Donuts in Vancouver, its a dozen large size donuts for $25 which high value for a high quality product. But Cops and their tiny two bite donuts for such a high price just don't cut it! Another must try donut place in Toronto is Mr Puffs. They are not the traditional shape but boy they are delicious and succulent!!

Food $112.00 , 13 Per cent Tax=$14.46 , 20Per Cent Tip = $22.40> Total $148.96 if The Tip was 20 Per Cent . Personally I find that expensive for Asian food and the portions were small for the price charged but looks like you guys enjoyed it that's the important thing/

This looks food hall looks awesome, I have a thing for restoring older buildings and this also gives me European food hall videos like the ones I experienced in Copenhagen, Denmark. I’m with you guys on Harry’s - go with the chorizo burgers. I want to try Dave’s Genuine Deli but now I’m conflicted over whether to go to the original location on the one here at the Waterworks, ha ha! Great video

Thank you sir! I hope you get to check it out. I'd love to see your take on it, and how it really compares to your time in Europe. I did notice that the prices are slightly higher at Dave's Waterworks location, but I guess that's to be expected with the higher rent, etc.
