You preach patience when the people are competent and you make changes when they suck. You continually bet on people who sucked. You let Dubas dismantle this team for way too long, let keefe blunder through the playoffs for 5 years with nothing to show for it. Your judgement is bad Shanahan should be fired too.

The only thing I wanted from this press conference was a rationale for why Shanahan will remain President and basically the answer was: he is sticking around because I'm new here. Suffice to say, this did not work for me.
