If you have an open case of assault against one artist, don't assault another artist, August Alsina especially when a fan warned you not to do it because "[He, Tory] already shot Meghan" and Tory didn't deny it. Therefore, it can be taken into consideration that he didn't dispute it because it was true. He can claim he didn't hear but as clear as the young lady was and there wasn't any other noises competing with her voice, people can think it is more likely true than not that Tory shot Meghan. That's all that's needed to trigger a guilty verdict. The jury can also consider the violent and bloody images in his videos to speak to the state of mind he lives in. If he has priors, that just adds to it.

We don't know these ppl in real life and also at some point if one person is repeatedly being accused of doing things to others then there may be some truth to some of these accusations. I had never even heard of him until the incident with Megan the stallion and then of course I was turned off, especially cuz I'm a female domestic violence survivor. But I believe in here in both sides of the issue, and after seeing him on The breakfast club recently I decided that I believe him and I really think he's dealing with a lot of haters in the midst.

Revisiting this back if he didn’t actually do it this might’ve been his biggest mistake. Despite all the inconsistencies in the case I think him either publicity stating his side or taking the stand could’ve helped. It’s almost like he felt so confident he was getting off he didn’t think he had to speak and now look 🤦🏾♂️

@@l0lkhalia you sound slow didn’t Kelsey ask for immunity he wa gonna take the stand but due to them brining up his past music and other things they discouraged him and his lawyer told him not to. I don’t think it would’ve mattered he said he didn’t shot her before and Y’all still don’t care just like y’all don’t want justice for Megan . If that was the case Y’all would’ve been questioning her friend and what can she be charged with so bad that she needed immunity . That’s the real question . Regardless everybody telling different stories and for that reason that shit should’ve been thrown out .
