I'm surprised anyone actually bought a Punny Factory.

Remember, it was 2004 when I tossed those 14 games off my roof...and now we will hoist this one up...have it plugged in while it goes over!! I really appreciate the opening humor. Man Punny Factory will regret not making this right as the pinball "influencers" raise awareness of their customer service.

This is the company that couldn't even get a book printed properly. I had no expectations of them being able to actually deliver a working pinball machine

Wow. Still trying to process this one. So dude buys a no name pin and it turns out to be crap, then loses a a battle with his CC company over I'm not sure what. Now, in a fit of rage, he want's to publicly destroy his pinball. In other words, this guy is full of poor choices. Seems like an 8 years old response to an adult problem.

I'm in for sure. While there were ones of people in line to play this at Expo, it was the only machine without people blocking the sight lines.

Unfortunate story. I actually played PF at Expo and it shot decent. Poor customer service death of a pinball company.

I would donate if the goal was getting it over to Project Pinball in working condition.

I feel for the guy that bought that thing . We have all made purchases we regret. I know he would have a really hard time finding anyone willing to make him whole . I think the pitch it off the roof idea is a great one . Permanent dirt nap !

Let me just say there is A LOT of backstory. The owner of PA is a real slimeball. Not just when he screwed over Todd Tuckey, and not just sending this crappy game to his first customer. There's a whole rich history of this bad man and his crappy wares

I have mixed feelings about this. I feel for the guy, but I don't like the idea of bailing him out for his bad decision. On the other hand, this is also a great way to get some negative publicity out about how poorly he was treated by these companies.

We should send our Pinball Adventures to Todd as well. Todd and Crew can toss Punny Factory off the roof, into a pile of burning Pinball Adventures (pending lawyer approval).

id like to throw spooky games off todd's roof. Their games always break on our floor. They charged me $300 to swap a playfield they shipped with bad art on our collector's edition.

Dude paid for the game. He can do whatever he wants to it. It's not worth any of my money to see it (or anything else for that matter) tossed off a roof. But hey, to each his/her own.

Anybody can swap a playfield out. Wouldn't it be cheaper to pay someone to fix the playfield? sucks that this happened to the poor guy but sometimes that's just the way she goes. 😂

Good grief. I usually stay up to date with new releases and new companies; but this is the first time I've ever heard of Punny Factory. It looks horrible! Hell, an old electro-mechanical machine with a dime-a-dozen card game theme would be more fun than Punny Factory.

IMHO folks paying this guy his partial payment to toss the thing is just …. Stupid. Hey how about y’all pay me 7K to through my Halloween CE off the roof huh. That way I get back all but 2K like this guy. He wants 5K to toss it when he spent 7K. Take the PF and find someone to change out the PF… 😢

Mad pinball had one of the first ones with black sides. Looked horrible. Idk anyone who would buy one. New company and all no thanks.

Cary, no offense intended but i would not have put my nose in this sad tale and made a video. there has to be more to the story if the credit company has sided with the vendor. i am not trying to side with the vendor. it is just that there has to be more to the story. credit card companies always side with the consumer when what is supplied doesn't work as intended, in my experience... or maybe i am a better whinger than most to make sure they do. Just be careful what you say.

I played this pin and met these devs at a pinball convention. I asked why they went with such a cringey theme. No real answer but they were nice to me. Gave me some merch. Modern pinball has a bad art problem. Some art like nuclear annihilation and that viking game are so fck ugly, it would be an embarrassment to have in your home. They are unapproachable to everyone at the arcade. If I was developing a pin I would hire a tattoo artist or a graffiti artist or anyone with art skills. Like, who on Earth would find Punny at all appealing?
