Loved it! I especially enjoyed the variation on the glute bridge/dead bug by combining them together. This will probably become one of my staple moves for core/glute work!

Timing perfect. No cardio. Working deep in the muscle with no jump. Just control each move to concentrate on every single muscle we have.

Thanks for the workout Heather - i love all your KZfaq videos. To be honest with this one, it was too easy aside from the Bridge tucks. I didn't feel like i achieved anything after the workout. Will have to try more challenging ones i think moving forward. Thanks!
