Thank you for this video. listening now. As my mother passed away last week and she would have been 80 years old tomorrow on 23rd of Aug. I am an only child and my heart will go on. She was my hero. I've been super overwhelmed and stressed and my mind was racing with lists of things i need to do all night. i tried a meditation and white noise to sleep and was on the verge of tears bc I'm so exhausted and desperately wanted sleep and idk how you did it but I was FINALLY able to close my eyes and rest with this. It is their music and their art, often taken from sounds in nature, that have an infinite way of telling stories, much like conducting music pieces. This was truly the most healing sound experience I have ever had. As an empath and light worker, I am often in need of clearing heavier energy from my body. This relaxed my nervous system so perfectly enabling space to quiet the mind, which then allows the body to more easily connect back into divine source energy-that energy which is pure light and unconditional love. I truly believe music heals. Of course, don't replace your antidepressant (or whatever medication you need) with meditation music, but this combined with the correct lightning, ambience, time of the day and place, can initiate a cascade of overwhelming peace that can overcome the hardest obstacles and even if just for a brief moment, remind you that despite all the hardships you are enduring, why it is still worth it to wake up every morning. hi, I have social anxiety, and sometimes I feel like I don't belong at all. ever since it have been hard for me to have good sleep :( I have been bullied in school a lot for no reason.
