My son has ADHD and has been bouncing off the walls all day this is the only video I’ve found that’s calmed him down! he’s gone to sleep way earlier than usual! it’s also helped me to de stress so thankyou so much 🙏♥️

FYI from 54 yo person: last night as I fell asleep listening to this, part of my consciousness became aware of colorful lights flying into my mindz vision. My conscious mind became more awake to watch - explaining to myself i was seeing the color of the sound vibrations. And as I watched harder with my “brain eyes”, then it gradually stopped. And went back to darkness. Then I fell I asleep. I do not think that was a dream. I feel I had seen the frequency of the sounds in colourful movement 🧬🔮🙀 So that is a sign and an encouragement for myself to practice being aware within the third eye 👁️ 🙏🏻
