Yeah mind blowing.... We had a project manager who thought one of those false ceilings would hold his weight....It didn't and he died of his injuries a week later after falling 30 feet onto concrete..

Through the entire situation all I could really think is ways I would've tried to reach that bag of food after showing the video to the store owner to get a refund 😆

In Germany we usually dont have such office pranks. Here my collegues give me funny, sometimes sarcastic comments. "How fast do you need the computation?" "It wouldnt be bad if you start right now, the customer will visit us tomorrow." "Tomorrow, I need at least two days for that!" "No problem, they will not come before midday!"

Well it seems that they know each other well enough that doing something like that wouldn't be creepy to either of them. It's all it good fun and she clearly knows he isn't trying to do that especially since he tapped her knee to scare her. Now if he were a stranger and DIDN'T touch her leg to scare her, then yeah that's creepy.

For the shoe guy at 5:29--that is LITERALLY how people used to buy shoes. For mail order, you'd trace your foot and send it into the Sears catalogue company. For in-store purchases, a shoe salesman would measure your foot and find the shoes that would fit you. This guy is a douche. "I can't make this stuff up." You don't have to. It's the history of shoe sales.

That’s a good thing. All those “perks” are to keep you in the office and not thinking about a life outside of work. The tech world is famous for their quirky little play lands and snack shops…their moral is also some of the worst in modern business. The last thing you want is free food and entertainment by your employer. The trade off has been making people miserable for 20 years now
