***** The world-wide box-office was 330 million...not counting the DVD-blue ray, Red box rentals, for Christmas week was 1 1/2 million views, not counting rental stores....America is the whole world [though we think we're all that counts]

Same here. They're both good, but I much prefer this version over the 1990 one.

for me each of the has its own strength and weakness. original actually have poor action scenes but the main character is relatable and we empathize him remake is more action thriller but character beside main character is felt underutilized
