When I hear this music in battle, a weird thought hits my mind and I forget all about tactics. I bash my keyboard and yell "BANZAI!!" and issue an all out charge. No marching, no mercy, everyone attacks! And surprisingly I win. :)

@kr4ter182 The Shogun was kinda the emporer, as the emperor ordered him, the emperor usually stayed in a walled off building to keep himself safe.So the shogun usually did the "stuff".

@bitparity No, I see 40 battlestars, 300 star destroyers, every enterprise, the entire borg fleet, the dominion and every other ship from every other sci fi series in one massive battle when this music plays.

You're right that the matchlock units should be kept on the defense. I bring them out occasionally for a few chuckles. One time ranked fire matchlock ashigaru flattened the archery support when I manged to get them in on a flank. Still, for a forest ambush like yours, the archers with whistling arrow seem better. I recall in Shogun 1, the No Daichi were great against spears, and loved the ninjas. Never did think that C.A. would bring us monks with guns, which irony aside, is way cool lol!
