He's actually half white half native american... one of the reasons they emigrated to the U.S from the U.K. when he was a young child.

I remember a lot of people who hated this song when it first came out. They were saying things like, "They've lost their edge", or, "They've gone soft". There's nothing wrong with just chilling out occasionally.

Their main concept was to put out the heavy stuff appetite for destruction for instance first period they did this in order to capture an audience once they had that they then released songs like patience Sweet child of mine that had a different edge. And because he already captured half the world with his grunge music he wanted to show them just how diversified a hard rock and roll band they could be. And I don't know how they would think that the song is outstanding. Phenomenal actually it's very deep it has many levels. Lyric and music wise

Slash is good but not in the top 5. Not with people like SRV, Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Eddie Van Halen, and Eric Clapton to name a few. Slash would be in the top 100 maybe 50 of all time.

There are better guitarist than slash on KZfaq, but those guys didn't write any of those guns and roses songs,, Take a Look through their catalog,,over a hundred million albums sold. And they only have like four albums.. there are bands with 15 albums that don't even come close to those kind of sales

They have a song called “You’re Crazy”. The acoustic version is completely insanely awesome. Axl goes off and seems over the top into it. It is awesome. You should do it, but be sure to do the acoustic version.

Keep at it, guys. I 'Liked' the video for you. Next: do the 3rd and final video of the Trilogy: 'Estranged' It follows 'Don't Cry' and 'November Rain'. Then do the video for "You Could Be Mine'. Do the Official Video not just the audio. Back in 1991/1992 it was the Soundtrack for Terminator 2.

Ii recommend "My Michelle" & "Think About You" off of"Appetite for Destruction". Back in '87 when we discovered them, a lot of us first listened to them on cassette-tape. "My Michelle" and "Think About You" were the first two songs on side 2. Powerful stuff! Especially Duff's bass work on "Michelle" & Slash's rippin' solo on "Think About You". . .

Axl Rose was manic depressive and was famous for walking off stage of he didn't like something. Google ST Louis show when he walked off stage in the beginning of a show. The crowd tore the venue apart.
