Tsuchiya: I probably shouldn’t push it much more, it’s pretty risky in the wet out there. Also Tsuchiya: immediately goes two seconds faster.

I really like and appreciate with how much humility tuners presents their cars to the show/Mr.Tsuchiya, It's a characteristic almost lost here in Europe where everybody think their car is absolutely the best in the World and really often without accepting any criticism about some potential weak point of their veichle. Kudos to japanese mentality everytime I see in these videos. Thank you Best Motoring. I wish I could be part of your motorsport community.

You already are the best automotive chanel on KZfaq, and you still up your production quality, I'll never know how to thank you enough for your amazing job every week! The GR86 recently became one of my favorite cars, so much potential for street tuning, and Mr. Tsuchiya is definitely not stranger to this. Hopefully I'll be able to buy one once I finish my studies. That looks super sorted on that surface. Fast enough considering I get nervous just watching xD It'd be nice with a little supercharger but it's not lacking in pace as is. Plenty of fun to be had.

his own 86 is completely restored from a bare shell and is immaculate

I think its interesting they went through the trouble of a different differential than the standard car's limited slip diff. (If I'm understanding this right.)

Hope SARD or Toyota will be helping to sell some of these kits in the USA. Waiting for my GR86 to get made, when I get it I would love to put a SARD exhaust kit on it. Beautiful.

ライトチューンのGR 86で私のランエボと2秒しか変わらないとは。。。この速さはGR 86の素性の良さ、SARDさんの技術力、そして土屋さんの運転技術ですね。今年のハチ高原ヒルクライムは魔王との差を詰めたいと思ってましたが、GR 86にカモられそうです。。。

@@user-id1yu7vm4p ありがとうございます。あらためて自分のランエボの車載動画と見比べてみましたがストレートエンドのスピードはランエボの方が速く、コーナーボトムスピードはGR 86の方が速いです。今年のハチ高原ヒルクライムまでにコーナリングスピード向上して、魔王のタイムに近づけるように頑張ります。

やっぱり土屋さんはすごいなぁ。一般道で濡れた路面でも、ストレートは120km/h超え、コーナーでも80km/h以上で曲がっていく。私だったら、恐怖心でこんな攻め方はできません。

ちなみにこのハチ高原、冬のスキー場はともかく夏場はいろんな学校や大きな塾が合宿なんかに使うので意外と交通量があって…この時期(10月末〜11月頭)はこの地域の方以外の通行が極端に少ないからこそできるイベントだと思います♪春も少ないんですが路面が汚れてて走りにくいですからw

It seemed to me that the connection between second and third gear was poor when shifting up. Perhaps the gear ratio is incompatible with low-speed corners?
