Nice and clean area, good to raise kids. However; Prices are coming down in Ontario and considering Lethbridge is in the middle of nowhere, that price tag for a town-home is not cheap Kurtis. For $399- You can get an older SF home or town-home in Ontario. Not in the GTA tho, LoL. I'd look at Edmonton area first for better deals.

Yeah your probably right - you can also get older townhomes in Lethbridge for much cheaper as well :) just look through my channel
