First time here, and it’s cool! I definitely appreciate the fully-furnished models as opposed to the empty homes. Great to see those interior design elements, take a few screenshots, and add to my vision board. Plus, Google image search helps me figure out where a lot of the pieces come from. Keep it up, good sir!

I will never understand while builders but beautiful homes with small closets, small laundry rooms and small pantries. People with kids need a builder pantry.

Could I use a builder like Perry Homes to build a house on my own land? My family and I want to build a family compound with my mom, my grandma, and my brother 😊🙂

Great question!!! Perry homes is one of the few that don’t build on your own lot. However, David Weekley, Coventry Homes, Partners In Building, and Newmark Homes does! Hope this helps 🙏🏼

@@housetoursinternational It'll Depend On Location Of An Older Home,How Much Older & How Much Property Goes With It. We Don't Want To Be Right Up Under Anyone. We'd Love To Build A New Home From Scratch If The Site Is To Our Liking.
