Our lot on Nettles Island is available for rental when we are not around! In this video we take a look at the lot and a few of the amenities of the resort!

Nettles island is located in southwest Florida off Hutchinson island. It is a condominium complex but instead of a building the owners own small lots with either a house or RV slab. The residents like to call it a horizontal condo. The resort has two pools, hottubs and lots of fun things to do!

Yes,it used to be Outdoor Resorts of America. My father was head of construction on the project and moved us all to the Island from Michigan in 1970. It sure looks different today. I was only five years old at the time so it was a kids paradise. We used to feed the dolphins along the causeway. Thanks for the tour!

I built one of the first condos on Hutchinson Island back in the late 60's. Tom, I am surprised that you are walking around bare foot. Hope you don't have any fire ants! They are vicious in Florida! Nice site! Too busy for me, but nice!

It was good to see the island again I moved my mom our last year and back home to Texas she lasted until November 5th 2017. I really loved that island and so did she for 22 years. Her sister was husband was one of the builders and investors of the island back in the early 70’s. She still lives there.

We owned a condo across the street (Empress) for 20 years and would have dinner at the nettles restaurant- so quaint! But had no idea how many amenities it has!! This is a wonderful video ! One of the best! Thx!

Wow beautiful place. We've lived in N.W. Florida all our lives but as residents we don't get to enjoy the beauty as much as we would like. There's a local saying "You can always tell the tourist from the locals. The tourist have beautiful tans." Lol We are the palest people here cause we hardly get to get out to enjoy our beaches. When its in season we are all working bc the off season its hard to get year round work. Most of us have to work multiple jobs to make ends meet. Lol Oh well thats why we are going to start traveling ourselves the end of this year so we can enjoy some of the down time. Thanks for the vid. How much does the lot rent for by the night or week? How far north of North Palm Beach are you? When in the near future will it be available? How much per night are you charging? My wife's mom lives in North Palm and Juno Beach rv resort is booked as is Jonathan Dickinson state park. We are from Indiana not to far from Michigan.

The property should be available for rent starting in april. We have decided to list it with the condo association so we are working on pricing, I can let you know once its available.
