This is a great video! Best idea ever to do something like this and drive and show us around. Especially the way it is due to Covid. You should have more videos like this it helps people to get to know the area visually and the connection with us is great! It wasn’t too much TMI...hehehe. It is being honest and true to your viewers:). Love it!

Hi Roses and Thorns. Apologies for the delayed comment back. This one was held up as "spam" for some reason. Thanks for the nice comments. Chris is glad there is not TMI (City Hall reference maybe). We plan to do a tour of Murrieta video soon. When end up doing Murrieta and Temecula most of the time with people in person. Anyway, thanks again for the nice comments.

Yeah it's a great area to DoorDash in for good tips. If u can make $2000 a week you can make it out here and save for a bigger house. I love Temecula.

Hi SuperiorWare. Thanks for the info. That is cool DoorDash works here though we have not tried that too much. We do like food app (particularly Chris) for pickups and we are doing that more for groceries too. I wonder what you think of the Amazon Fresh concept? kzfaq.info/get/bejne/n9N0n8iWppjDgIk.html

How is the humidity there in the summer months , i seen the temps go up to 106-7 last year on my weather app is the heat tolerable if you are in a shadow i did noticed a breeze on the trees , great information and very profesional video . Thank You

Hi Elton. The summers have been particularly hot the last few years. Yes, over 100 does happen a handful of times. The humidity is not bad, not bad at all according to people from Florida and other humid areas. Hope that helps.

How centered would you say both Temecula and Murietta are? By that, I mean, the opposite of overspreading. A good centered city or town has a town center with everything built around that. Roseville, CA is a fairly good example of centered as they put everything in those two malls it seems. Overspread: Fremont, CA or most cities in Silicon Valley for that matter.

Hi Mike H. That is an interesting but tough question to answer. We are suburban and developing to the north towards Menifee and Winchester with new construction. This mean new shopping centers and schools. To you point, with "centering" around a town center, we think it is well planned. From what I know of Roseville, my guess is that it is similar. As for the negative comparison, like Freemont and Silicon Valley, we think that means dense. I agree that the Bay Area is overly dense. I hope that helps.

Thank you, Jessica. I appreciate it. Thinking of coming down there in March for a month to see how it is. A best example of what I was referring to is a city called Redmond, WA. VERY centered. Your description of "dense" is probably a better way to describe the other areas.

Great video, very informative. Looks like San Antonio in the summer. Dry and yellow grass along streets. Any concerns with fire in the summer months?

Do they still have that border checkpoint on the 15 or other areas around Temecula? I wouldn't really like driving through checkpoints all the time where I live. Especially if it's that far away from the border.

I haven’t seen the South Temecula check point open in a long time. Not sure what the plans are for it…

Hi! Old Town is one of the main town areas, which is in the video. Temecula is quite expansive with about 115,000 people and there are many other shopping and restaurants areas around town depending on what you are looking for. If you tell me specifically what you are looking for, I can give you more info
