Thank you such a beautiful home and a great tour. I believe I saw this home on another video and it didn’t have any furniture and I didn’t like it, but seeing it somewhat stage I love it. The only downside is you have to wait over a year to move in, but you did an excellent job with the tour.

The four seasons furniture is nice. That circular driveway, a class act. Privy to a private auto collection in town. The widow's decrease husband collected cars like Bill Harrah. Looking to liquidate and this nice 71 Lincoln mark 3 would fit in that driveway. He had 31 mark 3's from 69s to 71s, no kidding. Five Bricklins, three rolls royces from the mid 70s, etc

Hey Calvin I appreciate the feedback! It’s on the golf course so it’s much more open - you’re not going to have big block walls dividing the homes. The lot itself is very wide and spans over a half acre. I hope you enjoyed the video!🙌😁

I think they should have used pavers for the driveway in keeping with the upscale nature of the property but overall a very impressive property

Perhaps they were thinking that since it was being used as a sales office the heavier traffic of a variety of unvetted automobiles risked expensive damage especially when you have service vehicles trying to prepare it for its new owners in 2026

My main concern is if I put an earnest money deposit what happens to the tenant that’s living in the house and how do I know they’re taking care of it make sure I get all my keys, key fobs, and make sure the house is spotless

How close is that to the Black Mountain Industrial Complex, two miles, chemical laden trains rolling in and out? Is the chlorine plant still active behind the Auto Mall? That part of Henderson nearby is a long legacy of nasty chemical plants and the nearby Pepcon incident.

About 5 miles away from the BMIC. I believe Olin Chlor is still active. MacDonald Highlands is a fairly far away from the area you’re mentioning, also lots of spots much more elevated in MacDonald Highlands. Hope you enjoyed the video!🙌😁
