Hi Victoria, beautiful home, you mentioned that this home has a thirty year membership of the complex golf course, IS THAT incorporated in the asking price ?? Plus is the furniture included in the price, plus is there a yearly service charge living in the complex ? Seeing as you arrived by bicycle pity you did not show more of the complex that would have been interesting to see considering this home has so much to offer … great content as always 👍

Hi Victoria, been a fan since you've started. Question, I called my friend in Thailand and he said that as an American I can only buy up to 49% of the house? Can you do an episode to cover how Americans can buy Phuket real estate?

Why Investment or Holiday Home, if someone buy it, you cant stay there all year long ?! And use it as fully home residence

Victoria, we really like you and the job U do. However, I think your programs would be much more interesting if you take us through the properties more quickly in the beginning with a silent video tour. Then you can fill in with some interesting observations about the area, furnishings etc.. do you live there year around? My wife wants to know are there many bugs or snakes? How much of an issue is the hot weather? Thanks in advance..😊JSN
