The airport being so close is a bit of a double-edged sword. Yes it might be great to Uber back and forth to get to your next travel destination, but having to deal with the constant engine roar from take-offs and landings would most likely detract from having to pay $15M. At that price point I feel like privacy should be the number one characteristic for a home.

So I grew up in a condo on the Columbia River in Vancouver. Literally 4 miles from this house (closer to the 1-5 bridge vs 205). And as "nice" as it was, the weather was still crappy, and you're still in Vancouver. So thankful I moved to the east coast as a young adult! If I had $15mil I still wouldn't buy this -- it's a great outdoor space but you can't use it 9 months out of the year. What a waste lol.

I would love to have a listing like this one day! Beautiful tour of the home for sure! I personally wouldn’t buy it because it’s too modern style for me. It’s just not my type but for people that it is definitely a wow factor home.

Even though Oregon has no sales tax, Washington State collects what’s called a use tax on goods and certain services purchased outside of WA that are used in WA, but sales taxes were not paid. For example items purchased in OR but are used in WA. So, technically you would still owe tax on big ticket items purchased in Oregon with your tax free WA income🤓 lol

Hi Cynthia, Maureen, Charlotte and Vivihannah- it’s me. I am writing to let you know that I have recently been cast in the new hit smash remake THE LITTLE MERMAID as princess Ariel. I will be flying to Cartagena on Sunday to begin filming. Unfortunately, I do not have time to watch this video clip as I am in the process of transforming into a mermaid. I have decided to keep my neon green floor length hair for the role. I have also discussed that Ariel will have have a orange denim tail as opposed to recent adaptation. We are still working on logistics in terms of my above the sea glam. I am hoping I can incorporate my hot dog pink ballerina flats and pelvis cut rosacea red poncho, but no promises. I definitely will be doing a couple different hairstyles- considering I am glam. I will have a ear cut blunt bang look, a 5ft honey comb look with neon orange low lights, and am considering floor length pigtails, each tail would be different colors (ex; blue and purple) I have straight teeth but am considering getting metal braces put it as a character choice and a way to incorporate some teeth jewels. My version of ariel will also have an assortment of shoe changes, as there is an enormous emphasis on her legs. I will wear thigh high gladiator flats, chunky 5 inch haviana platform flip flops, pelvis high converse, and an array of pointed toe ballerina flats in a plethora of neon colors. Although I am still in a neck brace from my recent incident (falling off the roof the the northridge mall in the middle of an impromptu interpretive salacious dance sequence to the hit smash song “bop to the top”) I still feel confident in my ability to be agile, nimble and embrace the innate gentle ethereal tranquility that Ariel has. So you for understanding my situation and I applaud you for embracing your love of mayonnaise and sour cream. Have a gorgeous day xoxo

Also saying you can do "big purchases" in OR for no sales tax is misleading. WA's sales tax RCW is a Sales and Use tax, so if you buy out of state and USE in WA (ie buy furniture in Portland but live in Vancouver), you owe the tax. Of course many people disregard this law, but tax evasion is still illegal 😉

Not a good idea for a real estate agent to promote buying "big purchases" in Oregon while living in WA. WA residents are required by law to pay Washington's Use Tax to the Washington Department of Revenue on certain out-of-state purchases. Many might try to cheat the system and evade tax paying (which hurts all Washington residents), but it's unwise to promote that tax-evasion as a selling point.
