0:55 love the Rolls Royce shots! Really adds life to the intro, not just showing the house or driveway but someone actually driving what you might see on that property. nice. It's clean and peaceful and I think how I would feel living here is restored having access to that peaceful pool area every day. I think in the LA area this kind of thing has increased value.

there is a highway just below that pool that wasn't shown. I wonder if it is worth it. At least most of bervely hills and bel air you have more privacy and quiet enviroments.

There’s some really nice and well thought out features like the Main Bedroom Suite and it’s location in relation to the pool. The house could be used at full capacity or by a couple, expanding your movement through it as needed. It’s the trick I’m trying to master in my floor plan designs, I have a way to go 😁

Very ELEGANT ESTATE! Love the floorplan. Very inviting, huge, modern, contemporary and ...Warm. Unlike some other million dollar properties that looks only fancy mad expensive, this mansion actually looks like a real home. It's somewhere I can see myself living out the rest of my life, for sure.

Another great video. There are so many stunning elements about this home. The views, layout, design elements, etc. I love neutral tones, but it seems they went a bit too far with the brown especially in the kitchen/pantry - it's a great space but it started to look a bit drab with the brown upper and lower cabinets, appliances and then the stone. Definitely needs some bright decorative elements.
