Outdoor space is not private - disappointing for such an expensive property

I'm not a fan of the lack of privacy for the outdoor and living area.

18.5mil durum wheats is about 5mil us, it's not dirt cheap. They pile up some sea floor sand, build a house on it and sell it for gentrified popular regions of the world money. I figure building the house costs maybe a million to 1.5us depending on transport and local labor, could be much cheaper than that if labor is cheap so 5 mill is a price. It seems like dubai is reasonable popular as a turist spot but in 50 degree heat, staying in that townhouse with no yard, I might start to wonder if it was wise to spend 5mil.

Would be ok for 2 weeks at the most, but wouldn't want to live in it. Not very private .. Like that pool at the front of your house, with all people walking past just a couple of feet away Ermmm just noo.

i love the layout of the space, great flow. as far as the furnishings go, indoors and out - its too crowded. less is more and more of less. the sunbeds out back look completely wrong because they're sideways. no one is going to layout the way. the larger space, it's all taken up with oversized furniture and no where to walk safely. have a banger and someone's dropping off the edge. it's awesome that you have friends or expats with you in dubai, probably feels a bit isolating from time to time so havin' your mates around is pretty lit. they're both seeming like great people to hang with and both pleasing to the eye! as for 4 on a tour, i am not liking the tag team between the 4 of you, not gonna lie, not even a little. it's too choppy, awkward and for me, it's a no. the energy flow changes every 30 seconds and if i'm honest, it feels forced, and i'm stressed. but i'm only one opinion. it would be interesting for the two of them to also do tours and at the end of the week, the 4 of you have a type of happy hour wrap up over the week, talking about your tours, have some champers or a g&t, stoli boli, and nibbles! would be a great way to grow your reach, expand the team, and appeal to more peeps, cuz let's be honest, anyone can do a tour, but not everyone is eye candy and does tours. it's a fire package! if any of that comes to fruition, i'll send you my address to send some of the revenue!
