I am looking for return line for the AC in each room and the ceiling fans... a pool... the 49 inch stairs to get up stairs...its big yeah but yard too small for my 5 Million dollars.... Fiber optics does it have it... camera access points for the common areas and some of the room does it already have that... are those triple pane windows... can a pool be placed in or does it have to be above ground becasue some places have snake bed under them... it pretty to look at but details would be nice... knowing that its not an HOA I guess.

That's just the list price? What would you pay for it? The neighborhood has some insane homes with massive lots, tons of potential, and extremely close to the city.

This is a whole lot of house with a lot left to be desired. I feel like the builder cheapened out by trying to look contemporary but it actually looks like he cut too many corners. It’ll cost him. This fell way short. A lot of wasted space and too little room to put your own finishing touches. It lacks so much that I feel they’d be hard pressed to get what they’re asking for it. It’s too bad. It had potential. And for that price… where is the POOL?

I’d actually have to disagree. I’m not disagreeing that he might have been cheap when it comes to materials because I know nothing about that. However, when it comes to design there’s a lot here you can do to add your finishing touches and it works well with different design styles. Switching out some of the chandeliers, changing hard ware on cabinets, adding wall paper in the laundry room, tiling the wall behind the bar areas, paint or wall paper some of the bedrooms. Once you add your own art and furniture this house could look completely different and suit whoever buys it.

Thanks for the tour, love your videos. The windows are great and that backyard is amazing! This house, for 4.5M, the decisions made are confusing. I feel like they wanted to give modern english manor but didnt know how to do it in the entire house, so they just picked the mudroom ( does that connect to any entryway?). This house is too dang big to have such tight hallways, tight bathrooms and tight closets, yet also tight bedrooms. The master closet seems too big ( or just too empty, they could have added some storage islands). The master bath is confusing, the splatter from the gym class shower is going to destroy those pretty vanities. A 4.5M house and bathrooms door that block the vanities from opening? Are the closets in the bathroom b/c TN has low humidity and mold isnt an issue? The kitchen is another paragraph I could write so let me just say "huh?"

A lot of good material and top notch elements in this house,,,but they missed the point when it comes to decorating and colors choices,,, there's even conflicting aspects,the diamond floor stands out,,,at this point they need to introduce some soft colors to give it some life,,, sage,light blue greens,soft pinks etc.....!

I'd love to see tn start building like kansas with walkout basements on one side. I'd also like to see builders get away from wood/stick built houses. Steel, concrete, and stone does not burn or get bugs. I'd love to see a "very low" maintenance house.

Enjoy the videos. As near as I can tell there is a lost opportunity here. Above the Living Room I didn't see any finished space on the upper level. The Living Room / Kitchen felt dark. Expanding the Living Room vertically, if there was that opportunity, may have been a better feel IMO. Love the wood floors though.

Beautiful house…but there are important spaces that are lacking storage space and the flow in some areas don’t make sense!! Perfect house for a minimalist, not trying to be hateful!! Fantastic job on the video ☺

These homes are always nice looking but rarely practical, kitchen is in a weird locale, not easily accessible to open windows to get the smell out while cooking etc.

Long time Nashvillian here and I hate country music (the commercial brand anyway). It doesn't play a factor in living here as long as you stay away from the tourist traps. I don't know anyone who listens to it.

A lot of unnecessary rooms and halls. I don’t get the range with no cabinets above the counter, just a dropped soffit. And the refrigerator is in no mans land. A house designed without a client.

It's a shame that Nashville's reputation as a home to creative people doesn't extend to architecture. This modern farmhouse obsession is going run It's course soon. These were probably conceived a couple of years ago. How is it the only difference is sq feet, location, and the number of zeros in the price.

This house is just not normal long narrow hallways strange rooms unexpected low ceilings. The whole vibe is off who designs these houses in TN. A lot of wasted space

Tons of wasted space. Master bedroom closet is amazing but the other closets not so much. Wassup with the random sinks and weird little rooms. And for that much money shouldn't washers and dryers be provided.

@@COLEMANJOHNS so much wasted space, tight hallways, tight closets, small bedrooms, tight bathrooms, hidden tight stairwell, very small fridge, eat in kitchen area facing the wall....& I personally don’t like walking in to furniture.... this entry way is wide open (no wall/s) with no coat closet or a place for an entryway table... which is the trend right now. Just so much of the unnecessary.

There should also be a formal back entryway... especially assuming this house is for a family... no lockers for kids, coat closet, shoe closet, mud room vibes.... haha it’s weird walking in to food. 🤷🏻‍♀️ No, I’m not a Karen.

Very poor design, very poor interior finishes!!! Too much garage at the front of the house, and they had plenty of room to work with!!! Everything is the same color, lack of imagination in color choices!!! The kitchen is poorly designed for modern living, it needs a couple more ovens like all high end houses have now!! The stairwell leading upstairs is way too plain and poorly thought out!!! Every bathroom looks the same!!! The back yard needs some landscaping!!!
