The tours are still great and that’s why im here watching and will continue to support. And yes Mikey was a co-founder and significant part of this channel. So it’s disappointing that no clarification is giving. Mikey is still mentioned in credits etc. so that means he’s still involved one way or another. Don’t really care if he’s returning or not, but all I ask for is that he is healthy. If you parted ways or he’s more lowkey working in the background doesn’t matter, but don’t neglect your day one supporters. Keep doing the tours and be great at it, but don’t ignore your supporters!

After Mikey went missing my mother is on a food strike, my dog stopped barking, my father doesn't stop crying, inflation went to an all time high, I stopped smiling, life has no meaning and global warming took a turn for the worst. The exterior architecture of the main building is so classy, warm, and appealing. However, the interiors cold - not just from the overuse of marble, but the paucity of color, texture, notable antiques and paintings one might expect in such a showplace.

I had the exact same thoughts, not a huge fan of the first level and way the bedrooms seem like such an afterthought, as well as the kitchen being really small and closed off.. but the rest of the house is great.

@@user-qd4eu8jb4vPeople who own a house like this have a team of staff to cook, clean and maintain the property for them. The kitchen was built with that in mind. I think the renovations were very tastefully done, with just the right amount of colour to be interesting but not overwhelming. I did notice the amount of empty space in the bedrooms compared to the other rooms in the house, but I assume it's so the future occupants can tailor the rooms to their needs.

I believe Enes addressed it a couple videos back, Mickey is just getting less involved in camera works and is focusing more on the behind the scenes like editing, and will probably only be cameraman in very big projects later. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for you to do some digging through his channel and see what happened instead of commenting on the video as if enes is purposefully not explaining why mickeys gone. English is not my native language so I’m sorry if my language usage seems rude. Have a good day.

As always, great work. There is one thing missing though, candle and gas lights. Most of these century old interiors look the best when lit with live flames, not artificial light. The atmosphere when the height of the ceiling and the patterns on the walls interact with candlelight, it is just amazing.

Clay is good at holding moisture at a low level and absorbing excess condensation. It was used by the romans to hold their olive oil because it is thought to preserve the taste. I also just made that up

Yep clay was used to make the containers that held the drinking water for the Apollo missions too. And I made that up as well.

This actually is one of the few mansions that is, or should be, worth more than the asking price. The majesty of this one, $42M, makes that $200M mega mansion floating dangerously a few feet above sea level, on half an acre of artificial island in Florida --- as well as those ghetto looking $150M - $350M LA ones --- look completely silly.

Thank you for this visit! I have the chance to live a few minutes from this property, and I love to have a walk in the area whenever I can. This house is quite famous and I've always wondered how it looks inside. So thank you. It is worth mentioning that former owner Robert de Montesquiou, famous dandy of the beginning of the 20th century, was also a friend and mentor of writer Marcel Proust who created a character after him in his novel "À la recherche du temps perdu".

I live in Paris. This property makes no sense. It is not really near Paris and you are packed inbetween other houses. You could get a spectacular property in Paris for this price with a prestigeous address. The exterior is hideous and the curb appeal is non-existent. For this money, you could get a renovated chateau with gardens in the country.

11:52 Clay bottle storage allows bottles of wine to keep a decent temperature to drink despite being in a kitchen that can be very hot at times. Klay store excessive temperature out of the bottle. Nevertheless, it's a short time storage device. For long time storage, you should prefer a cave underground level to keep a stable temperature of the earth, around 13°Celcius.

i loved the classic architecture and yet still had amazing colors throughout. I only subscribe to Enes for house tours. Your production value is amazing. Mikey is still missed but I love that your keeping everything high quality. Please keep mixing up the types of architecture that you tour. The variety really makes the tours better.
