But it’s technically only a 180 view of your neighbors 😂 Being on an exterior lot with no streets behind actually offers more privacy than the other homes in the neighborhood.

From the intro and throughout, this guy's thorough descriptions and the way he asks us to imagine without asking us is awesome. He explains everything in detail and drops gems and paints pictures on how to creatively utilize the rooms. I also love how he adds a little bit of humor as well. Gives the videos more personality! Looking forward to more of videos of his! Subscribed!!

Really nice inside but nowhere near enough garage space, could almost reach out a window and touch the neighbors house and a tiny little yard looking at a cinderblock wall and mound of dirt. Great house needs a way bigger lot for sure

I don’t disagree, and one could certainly find a home with ample lot size and space between homes, but either the price or the location would have to change.

Beautiful home but for that much money, I would hope I get more space between me and my neighbor. 🤷‍♂️

There’s a ton of these homes available in vegas. All that new construction is just sitting empty

Actually the opposite. Most builders are again seeing an increase in demand, just last week Pinnacle Homes are taking an interest list of buyers for a future development they’re releasing in the southwest, they have more interest than they have lots! Also, New homes may appear empty if they’re still in the process of finishing interior.
