The price is fair for that spectacular huge mansion with everything in it you don't need to fly to Italy, Paris, Monaco, etc..just feel it... you're safe in you're own little Tinseltown🌴🌴🥀🥀

Don't forget the couples that get professional photography every couple months. It's like their whole relationship is just a show for other people lol. The only posts that show happiness is when they're embarrassing or funny because it means they're so secure in their relationship they don't even give a fuck if they look bad.

I hope Toll Brothers develops more in the Southwest area. I love their Vanto, Galante, and even Palencia model plans, but I'd never move to the Northwest. I love it here in the Southwest/ Henderson areas. Awesome video Bro. You're so underrated!

Thanks @the.michael.angelo ! I agree, toll brothers will find success in building in the Southwest! The models you mentioned are very much similar to what is being built right now by different builders here in the Southwest, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the next development by TB will offer the Vanto, Galante and Palencia models.

It is only Real Estate agents who start ALL conversations with either Summerlin or Henderson. Glad to see you are different as I truly believe less than 5% of agents even know where the great neighborhoods actually in the city of Las Vegas are…Scotch 80’s, Rancho Circle, Rancho Bel Air, Alta area, McNeil Estates, etc. On e someone tells me they are a “local”…then I know they have no idea where these neighborhoods are because for the past 30 years…all locals have lived out in the suburbs and the vast majority don’t know anything about downtown or Vintage Vegas.

You’re right, most transplants are drawn to the Summerlin or Henderson, but there are so many more great neighborhoods. We’ll just keep that a secret 🤫

@@Chaorealestate I don't see how it stays a secret. There are a couple great homes for sale right now in McNeil Estates, Rancho Bel Air, Scotch 80 and Rancho Nevada Estates.

@@Chaorealestate nearly EVERY one of my neighbors is from out of state....multiple Californians, Wisconsin, Illinois, Texas, Washington, etc. Many are also long time Vegas residents who like myself...did not know about these neighborhoods when they first moved to Vegas from out of state or could not afford them at the time. I still believe it is the real estate community problem...as very few agents know about these areas. These areas surround the Medical District...so MANY doctors who move relocate to Las Vegas live here. I also get that most locals and real estate agents don't know where LVMD is either.
