Who doesn’t love a good reptile expo? Sewerfest (South East Wisconsin Exotic Reptile Fest) is one of the best reptile expos in the upper midwest, and in this video, I take you all on a tour to see all the awesome reptiles and amphibians on display for sale at this awesome reptile show!

Those enclosures with the natural wood are amazing! Motivates me to try some home-gamer level DIY nonsense (and then of course buy one since mine will look like a 3 year old got ahold of a chainsaw). Great video!!

Been 10 years sense I've been to this show. Love this show. Now that I live in Germany I won't be making it to this show anymore, thanks so much for letting me see my home state show. Go Packers and Badgers.

Love your attitude on how you sell your reptile babies! Was watching Clint’s Reptiles on KZfaq and he’s the only one I’ve seen so far makes you tell him why you should have one of his new baby dragons! That’s great, but kinda wild, too! The only reptile show I’ve ever been to is right outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in Harmar, at the Harmar House. It’s held the 1st Sunday of every month. Got my beardie and my ball python there. Can’t travel much anymore, sorta disabled, but this place has a good variety of animals and food!

Good job on the Sewer Fest Dav! I want to be a vendor on that show: free booze!... but I don't like beer :( My favourite show is the Reptilium in Moscow (RF) It's the only reptile show I've been to!! LOL cheers mate

I've made a couple of videos of the last 2 Reptilium events. You can check them on my channel. Basically, It's a small show, twice a year, with good diversity, but it's the only one in Russia.

That was really lovely what you said about seeing the faces of first time buyers light up. I absolutely agree, money just can't buy that magical moment. Hope your snakes all found new homes (except the bananas which you wanted to keep of course!) Inspired by you, I went to my first reptile show in the UK - I stroked a macklots python which is one of my dream snakes (not held sadly, the vendor had to wear huge falconry gauntlets to handle him! I know, I thought it a bit over the top too! 🙄), saw a bamboo rat snake (which is a species I also love and really rare to see) and ended up buying an orchid mantis of all things - she's just brilliant! Still holding out for a snake some day but I seem to like all the fiesty ones unfortunately! 😂🐍Didn't get to hold the yellow anaconda they had either but it was so gorgeous in real life, it was just nice to see it up close. These shows are such good fun and the people absolutely make it. I really wanted to give some of the tables rattle on awards too; there were some gorgeous ball python morphs on display (bamboo, banana etc). Thanks for showing us around Sewerfest and welcome back from your travels! xx 🤩🐍 If I had a coffee table like that, I'd have to work from home - and then I'd never work and my coffee would go cold, I'd just be staring at it the whole time!

I've been going since day one. I actually worked the first couple. I've been friends with Shane and sparky and Eric from turtle mafia aka turd ferguson for ever I worked with them at havahart pre sewerfest. They're some of the coolest guys there are.

I have only been lucky so far to go to one show my first show which was held in Springfield Missouri it was pretty big but not as big as the ones you've been to but they had a lot of really cool stuff I hope one day to be able to go to Tinley great video😀

Damn $850 for those table cages. Dave thought that was cheap. I think that's INSANELY expensive. You can literally find them almost that way in some furniture stores for about $50-$100 & do some sight mods to them yourself.

I have heard that Bearded Dragons don't necessarily need to sleep to be in Brumation. That Dragons can simply not eat very much during THIS time and we shouldn't force them to eat during this time. Did I hear THIS from YOUR videos? Tracing my steps backwards isn't so easy 😂 wish I had documented the note.

If you add enough foliage and hides the animal will be fine for exposure. The different coloured lights would worry me however. And the owner would have to know to turn them off at night, as to not disrupt the day/night cycle

The end table enclosures were cool, but looking at the size, and the way they were sealed up, almost any size basking bulb is gonna roast anything in there.

There's a number of companies that make acrylics for shows like this. Just google it and a bunch will come up.

20 bucks? Omg 😭 I need to go to an expo haha. I just got a fantastic deal on a super dalmatian crested gecko from a local breeder. Drove 3 hours to get her but I'd do it again in a heartbeat (and may actually this year because he's waiting on another clutch from the same mother and oh my god she is a stunner). But yeah fantastic animal. I'm super super happy. Only paid 80 dollars for her and that is unbeatable for sure. She already has so many spots. She's still a juvi but I'm fairly certain she is a female. 7 months old now. She could still prove me wrong but doubtful. Either way I love this gecko to pieces

Yo Dave....are you going to breed your black bullsnake? I'm looking for a black bullsnake,a nice Kankakee and a red bullsnake from that area of Oklahoma to not only have as pets but to breed. I lived in Nebraska and Illinois early in my youth and have always fancied the bulls. If you arent going to breed,can you put me onto a good bullsnake breeder?
