That has to be the ugliest landscape ever! Seriously, for 1/4 the of this price, you can live in a beautiful lush environment! This builder must be smoking some real good stuff to believe that this home is worth this amount of money!

If I’m being honest I’d prefer to have a bit more green, but this particular home was designed with a modern desert landscape. Pretty common here in vegas, but not for everyone🤷🏻♂️

😂😂😂 better hire a good pest control company! No but I get that, wouldn't be the most pleasant surprise. I'd like to assume it's developed enough in Ascaya to where snakes would stay away but you never know.
