I love the house but why white it's like every time white is there another colour

I like the clean look of white houses but I also think white is used a lot as the temperatures in Dubai can get quite high so whilst the house as a contemparary white look it also functions to reflect the sun and keep the house cool.

@@TheNestormilic Must have an estimate? No. Even if not for sale an appraisal usually does the trick. Which area is this in, as that can usually give a ball park figure. The interior is very lovely.

It's definitely not a masterpiece. How many millions do I pay so that my neighbors can watch me swim? Is the old owner broke or why wasn't there enough for a handrail on the stairs? 70% of all fatal accidents occur due to a fall down the stairs.
