The Residence is composed of three magnificent hardwood-clad homes with 12 bedrooms within 13,500 interior square-feet, 18,000 under roof, and an additional 18,000 square-feet of exterior decking with four pools, for an approximate total of 36,000 square-feet. The six-bedroom Main House is the heart of the estate and is perfect for gathering family and friends with ample entertainment and children’s areas. Two independent villas include the Primary Suite with guest bedrooms to the north of the Main House and a three-bedroom Guest Villa, set within discrete distance from the central area and each with their own large pools.
The site affords ample area on both the northern and southern beach frontage for additional expansion, if desired. Hello Enes & Mikey. This is a great channel. I watch it and dream often about living in a house like those. Just a word of caution about the carry on case, in Europe some airlines do not allow that case on the airline as it has the lithium iron batteries which are considered dangerous. If you have proved that you have removed the battery from the case, it will be allowed. This to me defeats the object of having it....

If you compare what you are getting for $40 mil with either the Park city house, hollywood hills or this Turks and Caicos house. Its not even a debate that this house is phenomenal, beach front and all the amenities of the other houses. If im ever rich enough, this is the first house i would buy and never leave

So much time, effort, and love went into building this paradise. While sprawling in nature, it is not overbearing or pretentious. The color palette blends beautifully with the surroundings. The outdoor showers are amazing. The double slipper tubs look so inviting. The pools and decking are seamlessly blended with the property. I love how the indoor space is allocated. The kitchens are perfectly suited to the lighter island cuisine preparations. The common spaces are large, light, and airy, while also remaining cozy. And the Pièce de résistance is the gorgeous white sand beaches with jewel toned waters. Overall a 10/10 tour and another destination added to my bucket list. 😊🌸

I said directly, it's not a house, it's a vacation paradise at all, the sea view is really beautiful! Wouldn't really want to leave living there, thanks Enes for showing us Bruce Willis' former mansion! That suitcase looks sturdy and stylish, perfect for the frequent traveler! 👍😃🙌 P.S. I have a question that I really wish I could get an correct answer: What happens to those outdoor recliners and pillows if it rains? Won't they be destroyed? We have seen outdoor sofas in many your videos. If those outdoor sofas get wet, do homeowners replace them with new ones?

Another incredible tour. This place is stunning, the grounds and proximity to the water are amazing. You forgot to mention there are no property, income or capital gains taxes in Turks and Caicos though which is another huge incentive over LA

I think it's one of the most fantastic places you've presented so far. They certainly aren't like the gorgeous Los Angeles mansions that have another level of sophistication. But Bruce Willis is for me one of the best actors...This Resort is Fantastic, a phenomenon and this actor is also a great visionary in his investments. Absolutely love this tour and the extra touch with that interaction between Mikey and Enes, keep it up guys. Nice to see Mikey's happy face from time to time. But I appreciate him feeling uncomfortable a bit on the other side of the camera, lol. :) Beautiful property, scenery, outdoors, indoors, everything...But half way through watching this a question popped up in my head "I wonder how much power, internet, phone and cable cost there?" I presume the prices will be on a high end of the spectrum, right? I mean it is very likely you'd need satellite TV, Phone and Internet there. Unlimited broadband will be expensive probably. :") Do you know?

We have amazing beachside properties here in Australia, but this one is gorgeous 😍 Love the pools, decking and the huge walk-in showers in each bedroom suite. P.S. Please spend a bit more time showing the kitchens and bathrooms of the properties you tour. They're so important to a home, no matter where it is or how much it's worth.

A huge price tag, but you'll get so much for your money. It feels like time does not exist on that property. No stress. No anxieties. No fears. No pain. It feels so tranquilizing for the soul. I like it that they have a high level of craftsmanship, but not in a poshy show off style. It looks like a place you don't want to leave once you're there. There are mansions in Beverly Hills for this money and more, but the neighbor lives just a few feet away and can read your newspaper from the balcony. People say "Money can't buy you happiness", but you could buy this and it would be a really hard task NOT to be happy there. Thank you Enes and it's nice to see the team too.

this property is just breathtaking. makes me wish it was vacation time all the time. Every time Enes say, “around the corner,” i hold my breath for him to follow it with “fudge is made!” lol. Also Enes just looks so free walking the beach barefoot. I thought he’d never kick his shoes off and really show off his nice feet as he enjoys the many properties he visits. Great vid!

I've been following this guy since the beginning and amazing his videos is getting better and better and bigger. This is the most amazing beach house ever I seen. The listing property cost now lowered to $34 million so if anyone not notice. Once again, this is a once in lifetime dream to own something like that.

Once again, you offer us a superb home, This one has a lot of charm, with this wooden frame opening onto a magnificent garden and the ocean as well as these sublime wooden terraces, the layout of the rooms and the outdoor showers are superb. each guest house is beautiful. The estate is really well thought out, with little paths linking the houses together! Really, I understand why you don't want to leave... This is really one of my favourite villas. The tranquillity and connection with nature. Thank you so much for the great presentation and dedication.

What comes to mind when viewing this; when I was a little girl , my mom would love watching these shows with tours of the most magnificent homes. Homes that had over 9 and plus bedrooms with 12 and more bathrooms. I would watch with her and ask; " Mom, who needs all those bathrooms? That is just too much to clean."🤣🤣🤣🤣 Her response was obvious to me NOW. She would say," You wouldn't HAVE to clean a thing if you had the money for a home like this."

Oh Enes, Mike, Del, Arman, this is an awesome island oasis!!!! I can see why Bruce Willis would buy this island!!!! The main house and, all houses and suites outdoor showers really look brand new! I know the current owners really did some renovating and I love it!!! Look at all the palm trees and all the vegetation is awesome!!! OF COURSE THE OCEAN!!! Thanks for the vlog!!!!
