Only way to improve things to some extent is to make getting a two wheeler license very difficult. Also, fines should be increased to scary amounts such that someone so much oversteps the zebra crossing with the front tyre needs to pay like 5,000/- fine. Natural anyone found with these kinds of stupid violations, should be put in jail for endangering public safety. Also, in the future, if someone found with a record of violations in the same year, the fines should be higher. Also, vehicle should be properly inspected for correct operation, lights, horn, indicators, and fitness test for driving should happen more frequently.
