What a wonderful show case! Your channel is one of the best; clear and detailed self explanatory videos. Less talk, more house! I wonder if you are able to show houses which focus on sustainability so that it is not just beauty. For example, houses that use solar energy, recycle water for maybe irrigating the lawn, use environmental friendly material etc. It would cut a niche (you would even win an award) for you if you would show houses and architects and contractors who do that kind of thing. I also would want to see contractors who are able to do warm houses considering the cold climate in Kenya

Currently what am working on is Affordable Homes buts with the same specs and also modern. Am guilty of Showing very expensive houses but am working on giving Affordable yet modern/luxurious. The only thing that I know will change is the location but I'll make sure its a secure place. Thank you for the insight 🙏. Appreciated

I rarely see homes that I'd be ready to live in without huge changes, this is the best house I have seen and by very very far. Good work on the video as well 👌👌📹. Visuals, audio... Fantastic!!! As for the title, a bit misleading... This is nowhere near affordable for 95% of people even in the world let alone Kenyans... It's close to a million dollars.

I can’t believe I’m just seeing this video. This home is probably easily my favourite of all the homes showcased. I’m still shocked the price is what it is. What is the catch though??? Lol. Why is this cheaper than Deer Park in Karen?! Considering both homes are in Karen, this one is far more spacious. Fantastic home!! And priter homes amazing camera work as usual, I always feel like I’m actually walking through the home as I watch 👍

The house is nice but my major gripe is all the interior doors. At sh. 99M. I expect solid hardwood doors, not flush doors. They don't mesh with the interior color pallete at all. It REALLY puts one of the house. The finishing of of SQ is also subpar. Anyway, great video.

If you can afford one million dollars door d won't be an issue the new owner mostly redo some stuff. That's why luxury stuff leave room for custom made No matter the cost.

Great job with the video. Amazing property, in my opinion, everything's perfect apart from the security glitch. Those windows leave the house too exposed, especially with no fence. Great for the overall look but could be risky for the owners. Keep up the good work.

This is an Elegant house, though the gypsum doesn't look all that... and the bulb holders in 80% of the house are cheap A.f! for a Ksh 95M house

Too much gypsum in a house degrades is bro. Then we do cheap bulb holders because everyone has their own taste on chandeliers and we might so expensive one the comes and undo all. That's wasted money 💰. If someone can afford 95M it means chandeliers are not much of a concern. They will just buy their own taste. Thank you

Good video. 12mm lens makes house appear bigger than it seems. Amazing work all the same. Nice industrial house but at the wrong location. This is house with such extensive lanai would serve its purpose perched atop an escarpment overlooking the rift valley. The only downside of the house is the tile work and sky high kitchen cabinets. Tile work is trash. Everything else checks out.
