ITs pretty obvious that creator does not understand the "power" of power level in Dragon Ball. Number does not have to be high. There is no need to jump from millions into trilions, like WTF? My power level could be 10 and Bruce Lee could kill me with his sight, but it just means he is like 100 not 50 millions....

@HORACE REID Both Goku and Android 17 were holding back in their fight and it seems that Goku was hiding a lot more power. Android 17 and Ultimate Gohan had trouble in a 2v1 against Base Toppo, while SSB Goku and Vegeta are easily as strong as this if not more.

@@sinra9379 We don’t know the numbers of these characters, so he can’t possibly know them either. What’s important in these power level videos is the placement, rather than the numbers. The numbers are only important during the namek saga, and below (there were official numbers released). He could make up whatever number for the characters in super, as long as it makes some sense then it’s fine. The placement though is the part that needs to be right.
