Food sucks in Europe, except for the Mediterranean countries. Also, I did not like the Scandinavian countries, Germany, Switzerland, etc. Sometimes depressive, people are cold and racist, overpriced as well. I better spend my money somewhere else. Baltics 🤮

Loved this .Been to Copenhagen, Bruges, Scottish Highlands, Wild Atlantic Way, Ireland, Berlin, Algarve, Faroe Islands, Athens, Normandy, Lake in Austria. Up that hill. Amalfi coast recently, Budapest is a favourite we loved especially Thermal baths, Lisbon, Amsterdam, Provence, Lived in Andalusia Spain, Venice, London, Bavaria, Tuscany, Barcelona, Fjords of Norway, Paris, Dubrovnik, Swiss Alps, Rome Visited Iceland,Greece but other parts, . Did all this with my darling husband before he died January 2022. Going to Prague December

A great way to explore Europe is to buy a cheap campervan & drive around places. My darling husband & I did that in 2013 . It was an amazing adventure. Sadly he died January 2022. My favourite way to explore now is by train & ferry

Having been to several of these places, I now know what I have missed.😢😰It is satisfying to see how the former Soviet states have reinvented themselves. Before the wall fell, those areas felt as if we moved from a color TV to black and white. The joke was that the people pretended to work, and the government pretended to pay them. Norway was a priority from the time I learned of the fjords in third grade. It was, in a word, spectacular! Switzerland was lovely, also, but the two, though equally gorgeous, are very different. I regret missing the Trulli, the cone-shaped homes in Italy. Hamburg was not in this list, a glaring omission.
