To clarify, when Pipe means leave the game, he means the neutrals that win go to the dead chat. They bascially die except they win and don't appear in the graveyard or leave a corpse. It's change was made to avoid kingmakers as much as possible

The lore in ToS1 is that the Witch called in the mafia group from overseas to the Town. Hence why the main enemy in the base game is the Mafia. It doesn't make sense why mafia is in there until you read the story in the website.

3:00 important detail about the Conjurer and Deputy: As a Deputy if you use your day ability and hit a non-town player your identity will be revealed similar to how the mayor reveal works. You don't get any extra votes though. As a Conjurer you will remain hidden after using your ability.

we should add guardian angel but with a difference you still are the same but if your target dies you become angered/disappointed at your failure to protect them so each night you can go hunting for the killer if you find the killer they will be dealt a powerful attack your visits are astral because you’re a angel so you shouldn’t physically be able to die to anything ex: trap rampage shroud serial killer rampage if you kill your targets killer you leave the town and go back to the heavens daytime animation The message would be: *insert person or number here* has avenged their target and left the town ( extra: you would also have basic Defense to prevent anyone coming after you but if you are vengeful you get powerful defense) *One more sidenote: do give more ideas because this seems to have gathered a lot of attention so I will say this if your target disconnects you would auto leave the town and you would just get a victory but perhaps there’s a better way*

What a fun idea! I'd say if the target's hanged or leaves, maybe they become something else entirely? Like a neutral killer who's goal is to be sole survivor in town. It would change how you play while they're alive though - you might want to stay under the radar and fake claim in case your target gets hanged.

I had a game as a Werewolf where it was a 3-way showdown between me, a Potion Master and a Jester. Apparently Potion Masters can heal themselves indefinitely (maybe with the necronomicon? I'm not sure), but they LOSE THAT ABILITY IN A 1v1 situation. Long story short, we lynched the jester since the game was going to end in a draw the following day. Everyone ended up dying and it was a jester-only win.

considering ToS 2 mostly removes all the "modern" depictions and embraced on the spiritual and old-timey side of the game more, like turning Medic into Clerics and removing the first aid icon, turning the bulletproof vest icons into shields, etc etc. I doubt that mafias are making a comeback in someway. It has been the case since Traitors in Salem too.

There is a tutorial section in ToS 2, but nowhere near close do they explain it like you do. Like, they never mention as an Admirer If your lover dies you die too as well. I hope they don't clown around in ToS2 as they did in ToS1

That's kinda the point of those roles. It puts fear into town and makes them not reveal day 1. It's better this way because town has to consider now whether to reveal in order to get an evil out or to continue with the information you've got.

Invest can catch NKs like serial killer or werewolf. Sheriff cannot. Sheriff finds jesters sus. Invest does not. Coroner is just bad.

I just played my first TOS2 game and I got Jester. I was a bit lost but I managed to win. In fact I was the only winner XD. I was playing the Classic mode to take it easy for my first game, the exe got hung and everyone else got hung or killed. I was the only winner for that game and all I said all game was "I got rbd last night". I wish they had a Jester only win screen.

Am I the only one who is a tad disappointed? I will miss the social aspect of TOS1, things like bargaining with neutrals as an NK to get them on your side. All of these overpowered abilities i think will make the game less social-deductiony, more luck as to what roles are in the rolelist (feel free to disagree)

I do feel the same, it feels like in ToS2, you would talk less since you confirm roles way easier with how impactful the day-to-day gameplay is. Especially that now there's day roles like Prosecutor, Deputy and Conjurer. The idea of removing the NC role category is also adding to the fact that the game is more balanced to how fast can you confirm fellow town members. One thing though, removing Spies's ability to see CV and then just giving it to Wildlings but better is sad, Spies are basically useless and Wildlings are too overpowered since they can see exactly who visits who.

Zero incentive to purchase any skins. Devs will abandon the game (as they are with ToS 1) making all purchases pointless. They need to let town points (gold coins) and skins transfer to 2. I'd gladly continue buying items.

the differences are that Deputy shoots people, meaning it does not use the trial nor end the day phase. The Prosecutor uses the trial and ends the day phase. The deputy does a powerful attack, while the prosecutor lynches someone. The prosecutor also has 2 ability usages, while the deputy has only 1. The prosecutor is Town Power, while the deputy is Town Killing. The prosecutor is Unique, while the deputy is not.

Could you please include interface/action/buttons for all the new roles? I played a couple of games All Any: Deputy had no button or anything logical to be able to shoot anyone. It said I had no attack, basic attack, both seem wrong (bug?). Also was Illusionist in a 2 coven game, seemed like I couldn't attack and hide myself after I got the book... but i could certainly do it in interface..

During the day as deputy, you'll have a button at the top right next to your role card, that is your ability button for certain roles like Mayor reveal, Prosecution, Deputy Shot etc. Hope this helped

Not really, they both the same, you just get to chat to the person you prosecuted before you kill them, and I believe Prosecutor can do it twice, don't quote me on it though not 100% sure though, However deputy can only shoot once I believe

Deputy only has 1 bullet and it's a powerful attack, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't end the day when used. Prosecutor gets 2 prosecutions, and as those are lynches, they end the day after being used, but they can even kill roles with unstoppable defense, like the 4 transformed Horsemen (crucially Famine and Death).
